Due to concerns, guidelines and the safety of our guests this year we are really changing how we do things. Dinner will be as festive as ever and Chef Brian Gazda is revealing to us little tastes of what he plans to cook for you that evening. Tables will be well spaced and smaller groups of guests will be the norm, party favors this year will include hand sanitizer and festive masks.
But we do have to celebrate and we do have to do it safely so we are creating an ice bar on our outdoor patio, complete with ice tables, ice sculptures perfect for that photo, the ice skating rink will be open and we will have five gas firepits for you to warm up by. We will also have a DJ and speakers will be set up outside and in various places throughout the hotel so that you can dance in a socially distanced fashion. The idea behind this evening is to keep you socially distanced from others, to celebrate the end of 2020 both indoors and outdoors and to make it a fun, festive, safe and celebratory evening for you.
